Food Recipe: Pesto Lababdar

Hello Friends!
After all my friends ate up my head to tell them the recipe of my Pasta special, I decided to let it out here, with my special friends!
This dish combines absolutely the best of all ingredients to produce the tastiest sinful Pesto sauce ever!

Preparation Time-- 15-20 minz

1 Pack of Linguine Pasta
10 Garlic Cloves
4 Red Chilies, finely chopped
1medium- sized Onion, finely chopped
3 Tomatoes
20 Mushrooms,chopped
2 tbs. Olive Oil
1/2 cup Butter
Salt, Pepper to taste
2tbs. All Purpose Flour (can use normal one too)
1 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
2 Cups of Milk
1 cup Basil Pesto
Shrimps or Shredded Chicken(optional)

How to Prepare

1. Put a pot of salt water to boil. Add pasta and cook for about 10 minutes until, soft and drain.

2. Heat Olive Oil in a deep pan or a large skillet over medium heat. Saute Onions till tender and translucent after which, add garlic and butter. Saute till The garlic becomes soft and fragrant.

3.In a bowl, add milk.Mix the flour and keep stirring it. Add salt and pepper and stir for 2minutes.

4.Add cheese and pesto in the milk and keep stirring till it melts.

5.Add tomatoes and mushrooms in the saute and put off the flame.

6.Add the shrimps or chicken in the Sauce.

7. Set aside the saute and heat the sauce until thick. Pour in the saute and mix the  Pasta into this sauce well.
