    Nice one,the problem is influence of native language on English language ,we have to blame the entire educational system.We don't give importance to languages.Most students approach institutions for Mathematics or Sciences or Accounts or Software courses or coaching for competitive exams,but never approach institutions for polishing soft skills or English language skills.
